Please be prepared to provide your IRS determination letter if asked. 12x12 spaces are available for $100 each. All vendors must provide a copy of their certificate of insurance. This should be mailed along with the $100 check to The New England Aeronautical Society, 80 Airport Road, Keene , NH 03431. Commercial exhibitor booth spaces are excellent opportunities for interaction with show attendees. These spaces afford an ideal opportunity for mobile marketing, product sampling (upon approval), couponing, lead generation or simply tremendous exposure. 12x12 spaces are available for $250 each. Please be prepared to supply your own tent and garbage receptacle. Larger custom footprints are available, please contact us for details, availability and pricing. Tents must be able to be staked down or secured to the ground. Please indicate if you will require a location near a generator. All vendors must be in place one hour before gates open and prepared to remain at the show until one half hour after the gates close. There will be NO vehicular traffic permitted while the gates are open to the public. A basic fire department safety inspection will be required for all vendors prior to gates opening. Submitting this application does not guarantee that you will be invited to participate at the Keene Air & Auto Show. The Airshow is a “rain or shine” event.
